At Nzitelli we strive to make sure your orders get shipped as soon as possible. We usually pick, pack and dispatch all items within 1 – 3 business days of receipt. Please note that shipping does not occur on weekends or public holidays due to courier limitations; however unprecedented delays may occasionally take place beyond our control.

Our holiday sales offer a wide selection of goods for you to choose from. For most orders, delivery will take place within the week; however, pre-ordered and backordered items may require additional time before they arrive at your door. In such cases our team is available to keep you informed on their progress and guarantee that it’ll be worth the wait!
USA & DOMESTIC ORDERS DELIVERY
Shop with confidence knowing your orders will arrive promptly! All USA-bound deliveries are shipped through USPS, FEDEX or UPS, with the exception of military and PO Box addresses which utilize USPS. Most orders take 3 – 7 business days for delivery; however, courier delays may occasionally occur that are out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL & NON-USA ORDERS DELIVERY
We are proud to offer international shipping for all of our customers. Your order will be safely and securely shipped via FEDEX or UPS, with tracking information provided so you can stay updated on its whereabouts throughout the journey. After processing times, most orders arrive within 7-21 business days at their final destination – though customs clearance may add some additional time depending upon your location. Please keep in mind that local VAT/TAX rates may apply when ordering abroad!
