NZITELLI cordially invites you to join its exclusive mobile messaging program! By accepting this Agreement, you are agreeing to adhere by the Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. Moreover, any potential disputes will be solved through binding arbitration so that both parties may come together in harmony – without altering other agreements between us. We look forward to having your presence within the Program with these special terms of agreement included!

By opting into our Program, you are consenting to receive both SMS and MMS mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. We want to make sure that all users understand their participation in this Agreement applies regardless of how they enrolled in the Program. Note: while you agree to accept these autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages, we’d like everyone to be aware that not every message sent is from an ATDS / auto dialer system. Message and data rates may apply.

To discontinue your participation in the Program, simply reply STOP, END, CANCEL UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any mobile message signal from Us. You may then receive an additional statement affirming your decision and confirming that this is indeed the only reasonable means of opting out; other methods such as texting words outside those listed here or verbally requesting one of our employees are not considered valid ways to opt-out.

As a Program subscriber, it’s your responsibility to alert us if you plan on discontinuing the associated mobile phone number. Neglecting this crucial step could cause unforeseen consequences and negatively impact our agreement together – so make sure that before departing from service with any active numbers, User Opt Out is completed in full! By agreeing to this, you accept that any liabilities or costs incurred by Us (or a third-party delivery provider) due to claims from individual(s) later assigned your mobile telephone number is entirely your responsibility – should you choose to terminate the use of said phone without prior notice. This understanding continues despite cancellation of participation in our Programs.
