REFUND POLICY

NZITELLI makes exchanges and returns of qualifying unused, nonreturnable items within 14 days of delivery to consumers. Unless the item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit.

NON-RETURNABLES

Items including gift cards, downloads, classes, workshops, consultations, events, merchandise items later classified as final sale or non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.

RETURN PROCESS

We kindly request that all returns reach us within 14 calendar days for a complete expedited credit. To ensure the return is processed quickly, please include gift-wrapped or complimentary items and remember to package your product carefully – any damage may result in not receiving credits/exchanges. All shipping fees (original & return); after receipt of any qualifying pre-approved item(s), refunds/store credit shall promptly follow with 5 business days but some bank deposits may take up to 10 additional days before appearing on accounts. Please note: already discounted purchases are nonrefundable under this policy.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

If you’re lucky enough to snag something from NZITELLI and it immediately goes on sale afterwards, don’t fret. Request a courtesy price adjustment within 7 days of purchase for the updated lower rate – we’ll provide your credit in the form of a gift card!

DEFECTS & DAMAGES

If your item was defective or damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us an email with photos or a video of this item so we can investigate the issue. Replacements are subject to product availability. In the event that we are unable to replace your item, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
