NZITELLI understands that sometimes an item just isn’t right, which is why we offer qualifying customers 14 delightful calendar days to return or exchange their purchase. Unused, non-subscription, non-sale items, less gift cards, return, exchange, or original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.

RETURN PROCESS
To ensure the best customer experience possible, please return requested items to us within 14 calendar days. We kindly request that all returns are packed carefully in order to prevent any damage during transit as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods and associated credits or exchanges may not be available. For a complete prompt refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping & handling fees – non-refundable), include gifted exclusive complimentary items from original orders when returning with an alternative courier. Once received and verified by our team, refunds will occur promptly within 5 business days; some bank credits can take up 10 business days before appearing in accounts.. Unfortunately sale/special offer prices are unable to be retrospectively applied on prior purchases
